Role models have the power to change how we perceive our own potential
The theme this year for International Women’s Day is ‘BreakTheBias’ and we believe that having – and being – a role model is perhaps one of the most powerful things we can do to challenge our own perceptions of what success looks like.
So for Women’s Day this year, the Spatial team decided to a share a role model story – someone real or fictional, of any gender or species – and pay tribute to those that helped shape us. Whether it’s your mom, a teacher or someone in the community, when it comes to role models, the things that inspires us are influenced by our context.
